Terms & Conditions for Service Bookings
It is patient’s/guardians responsibility to read and understand ‘West London Ruqyah Centre’ summary of terms and conditions outlined below:
Additional costs for prophetic medicine (only if required) usually around £50.
Please note:
- (a) You must confirm at least 36 hours before, otherwise your appointment may be cancelled and given to someone else on our waiting list.
(b) Last minute cancellation fee is £30. If you fail to respond to confirm your appointment at least a day before or you fail to turn up after confirming.
(c) You will be liable to pay the £30 cancellation fee if you do not have an appropriate adult accompanying you.
- Sessions are normally 45 minutes to 1 hour – however, please be prepared for delays sometimes for around 1 hour. You should be on time and not plan anything immediately after your appointment.
- Both male and female patients are required to be accompanied by an appropriate adult/mahram. We do not see people who attend alone.
- We require our patients to leave children with family/friends or bring a third person for babysitting, (unless the appointment is for the child).
- West London RuqyahCentre may need to delay or re-arrange your appointment due to issues beyond our control. We will contact you as soon as we are able to inform you. However, in some instance we may cancel your appointment
- A maximum of 3 people including patients may be allowed to sit in the session, at the discretion of the practitioner.
